Congrats to all our brilliant sharers who rode in our Halloween Sharer Gymkhana and did the Pumpkin Trail around the farm (in the only break in the non-stop rain - what luck!).
We had some amazing fancy dress outfits, the ponies were very well behaved and not too whizzed up by the succession of games including: Musical Pumpkins, the Glass of Water Trotting race and everyone's favourite the Apple & Spoon race. AJ truly was a Super Pony - astounding us with his turn of speed and determination to be the first to the nearest pumpkin, even if that meant cantering almost into the wall.
Our riders demonstrated amazing balance, awesome control, lighting speed and razer sharp hearing. They were absolutely brilliant and really enjoyed themselves.
We had a blast - and it's so important for our ponies to do stimulating and enjoyable activities outside of their RDA work. As a result they all got extra carrots tonight - and will be sleeping soundly in their stables.
